About the position
Responsibilities
• Design, build, and test 5-7 marketing emails per week (for both US and UK markets) within Klaviyo, ensuring accuracy in layout, links, and responsiveness across devices
• Develop and maintain email templates in Klaviyo that align with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns
• Create email design assets such as animated and static banners
• Ensure all designs are visually innovative, on-brand, and optimized for engagement and conversion
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the Creative, E-Commerce, and Marketing teams to support new launches and campaigns
• Contribute to paid social ad creation and web projects as needed, including homepage and campaign page updates and video components
Requirements
• Proficient in Klaviyo (Klaviyo specifically preferred; similar email platforms such as Mailchimp or Salesforce Marketing Cloud okay)
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects (and/or Premiere), as well as Figma and Sketch
• Experience designing responsive emails and web assets in a retail or fashion environment, experience in the luxury space a strong plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with a strong eye for detail
• A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a multi-disciplinary capacity
and contributing to a broad creative landscape
