Manager, eCommerce Analytics Capabilities

Job Description: • Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects in eCommerce/Omni analytics • Analyze overall business health performance • Develop and communicate diagnostics to aid in business health initiatives planning • Hands-on cross-functional leadership of advanced analytics products • Collaborating with sales, marketing, engineers, and organizational leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements • Creating appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analysis process Requirements: • Background in Analytics/Data Science/Strategy & Consulting or related field • Technical proficiency in programming languages SQL, R, Python • Experience in BI/Data Prep/Exploration tools like Excel, Power BI/Tableau with preference for R-Shiny, Qlik, Snowflake and PowerPoint • Proven experience utilizing datasets from Circana, Nielsen, Numerator with preference for WM Scintilla.
