Key Responsibilities
• Apply a service design mindset to address user needs
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative user research initiatives

Required Qualifications
• At least two years of experience as a service designer or researcher
• Experience in mapping and improving complex service environments
• Proficiency in conducting and synthesizing qualitative research
• Understanding of web and mobile user interface design best practices
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners
