Responsibilities Diligently update and maintain accurate records in our core Human Capital Management (HCM) system, covering areas such as HR, benefits, payroll, timestamps, and absences. Conduct thorough audits to ensure the integrity of our HR data, promptly identifying and correcting any discrepancies. Efficiently process employee and partner benefits enrollment, ensuring accuracy in program details, dependent information, and coverage elections. Address employee queries with clarity and efficiency, maintaining a library of response templates and ensuring proper documentation of all interactions. Work in compliance with all relevant policies, as well as federal and state regulations regarding employee benefits and data privacy. Collaborate effectively with various teams, including HR Operations and the Benefits department, to ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders. Qualifications At least 4 years of experience with complex HR and/or benefits data entry. Exceptional attention to detail and a strategic approach to achieving results. Prior experience with PeopleSoft highly regarded. Solid understanding of HR practices, especially benefits-related concepts. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and customer service skills. Additional Information This position is a temporary contract role. Normal working hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The dress code is business casual.
