U.S. Government Contracts Attorney Teaming Agreement Review (Urgent Timeline)

We are a U.S.–based technical training provider preparing a response for an accelerated U.S. Department of Treasury procurement. We have a draft Teaming Agreement between our company (Subcontractor) and a GSA MAS Prime that requires legal review to ensure compliance with: • FAR Part 9.6 (Contractor Team Arrangements) • GSA MAS teaming requirements • BPA structures • Risk mitigation for expedited proposal timelines • Protection of IP, proposal control, workshare, and performance liability We are seeking an experienced government contracts attorney to: Scope of Work • Review our current Teaming Agreement (10 pages + worksheet) • Ensure enforceability of key protections (proposal control, no-use of materials, exclusivity, performance liability, replacement-of-prime, expedited turnaround) • Confirm compliance with GSA MAS requirements and Treasury BPA constraints • Recommend revisions and improved language where relevant • Identify any risks to us as the Subcontractor and propose remedies • Deliver a clean, legally sound version of the agreement • (Optional) Advise briefly on next steps for CTA documentation and proposal submission strategy Requirements • U.S.-licensed attorney specializing in government contracting, GSA MAS, CTAs, or BPAs • Strong familiarity with FAR, GSAR, contract teaming arrangements, and prime–sub relationships • Experience drafting or negotiating teaming agreements for federal procurements • Ability to work quickly, we are under an accelerated government timeline and need this completed within 24hours • Excellent attention to detail and ability to explain risks clearly Deliverables • Written review of the agreement • A fully revised, contract-ready version • A short summary (1 page) of identified risks + recommended protections • One 30–45 minute call to discuss any open questions for immediate availability Timeline • Immediate start • First review within 5 hours • Final version within 12-24 hours Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
