Vice President, Solutions Leader - Integrated Digital Services (IDS) Solutions
Role Description:
As we prepare for exponential growth in our Integrated Digital Solutions business, we are looking for a dynamic senior leader to run and build our Solutions group. This position will be responsible for continuous strategic assessment of our suite of services and how they collectively and synergistically meet the needs our client base and larger addressable market. This role has been identified as critical to Conduent's commercial growth and will thus sit as a focused, global team supporting sales, delivery and operations across the IDS business unit.
The VP, IDS Solutions will have 10 direct reports and approx. 300 associates on the global team, including all Solutioning roles within IDS. This role is multi-faceted and requires many diverse leadership skills and excellent interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills, impacting and sharing accountability for the overall performance of the IDS Business Unit.
The ideal candidate has vast experience in both the BPO and Technology industries, supporting Healthcare, Consumer, and/or Financial Services organizations in past roles. They should have significant experience engaging and partnering at the executive leadership level. This candidate must be motivated and a self-starter, have a customer-first mindset, and work effectively as part of a team to support the overall client experience.
This role can be a steppingstone to advancement within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for growing revenue by 2% in first R12 month, from date of hire. Responsible for meeting or exceeding growth goals across IDS in all subsequent quarters and fiscal years.
• Contributes to the development and implementation of a strategic growth roadmap for IDS, including a GTM approach across the portfolio of solutions, and synergistic solution sets, that meet future and current client needs.
• Responsible for developing and growing profitable revenue from existing clients while managing and deepening client relationships.
• Drives sales and growth initiatives across Conduent teams, including New Capability and Add-on business, with an increased emphasis on technology and automation.
• Evaluates key business and organizational challenges, developing innovative solutions within broad company policies and strategy.
• Drives initiatives that maximize investment models and improves profitability of the business.
• Leads and develops client-focused, collaborative, and high-performing teams, including robust development plans for top talent.
• Represents the organization in establishing and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external constituents, including consultants, analysts, and advisors.
Qualifications:
• 20+ years of experience in growth focused, client facing roles
• Success in driving growth in multi-national organizations across multiple industries
• Proactive and assertive in developing new ideas, plans and growth strategies
• Outstanding analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively communicate with and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Understanding of transaction processing within a shared services and/or business process outsourcing environment

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive, and Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $200-$267K.
