Principal Product Manager, Hyperscaler & Multi-Cloud

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Principal Product Manager to join our team and lead our Hyperscaler & Multi-Cloud product portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our product offerings for hyperscalar and multi-cloud environments. As a key member of our product management team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of ServiceNow's cloud capabilities and driving growth for our organization. To be successful in this position, you must have a deep understanding of hyperscaler and multi-cloud technologies, as well as a proven track record of delivering successful products in this space. Develop and drive the vision and strategy for ServiceNow's Hyperscaler & Multi-Cloud product portfolio. Lead cross-functional teams to execute on product roadmap and deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the hyperscaler and multi-cloud market. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure product success and customer satisfaction. Work closely with engineering teams to define product features, requirements, and priorities. Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success of the product portfolio. Drive product innovation and identify new opportunities for growth in the hyperscaler and multi-cloud market. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to gather feedback and inform product decisions. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in hyperscaler and multi-cloud technologies. Mentor and guide other product managers within the organization. Communicate product updates and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders. Manage the product budget and make strategic investment decisions to drive product growth. Represent ServiceNow at industry events and conferences to showcase our product offerings and network with potential partners. Act as a subject matter expert for hyperscaler and multi-cloud technologies and provide guidance to other teams within the organization.
