Sr. Member Experience Transformation Consultant
About the position
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions.
• Manage large-scale projects and operational initiatives.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Provide high level analysis and data interpretation in support of strategy development, program implementation and analysis.
• Develop meaningful dashboards and presentations that use information to inform and influence business activities and strategies, including senior leaders.
• Use a thorough understanding of business objectives to influence solutions that produce new insights and opportunities for the organization.
• Lead data analysis and reporting to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts in their professional development.
• Perform complex analyses on programs and initiatives and create visual representations and summary reports of findings.
• Partner closely with the IT group to ensure there is a business and technical alignment of the strategic roadmap and projects.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 12+ years of experience in business operations, data analysis, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advance Degree preferred.
• Certification in LEAN, Kaizen, Six Sigma, PMP, PROSCI or GE CAP is strongly preferred.
• Expert analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills with a variety of audiences.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple large projects and/or initiatives.
• Experience in process improvement and implementation.
• Ability to effectively drive results and influence across teams.
• Creative problem solver; comfortable with ambiguity and taking action with limited information.
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of business goals and objectives that enhance the likelihood of recommending solutions that align with expected outcomes.
• Excellent project management, interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a rapidly changing environment.
• Demonstrated curiosity to tackle hard and complex business problems using data and analytics to develop meaningful, practical solutions.
