Seeking a Senior Data Governance Analyst with a robust background in data science and analytics, including advanced SQL skills, to join our team. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing data access methodologies, particularly focusing on attribute-based access controls, and ensuring adherence to data governance policies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data governance frameworks and be adept at leveraging analytics and machine learning to solve complex issues, communicate effectively, and manage multiple priorities efficiently. Key Responsibilities • Develop attribute-based access controls and methodologies to ensure seamless technical integration of policy requirements. • Create and enforce access control policies using SQL and Immuta. • Design and implement compliance tracking and measurement methodologies. • Undertake assessments of risks and compliance with data and analytics policies, recommending and implementing improvements for effectiveness. • Collaborate across teams to support enterprise-wide information/data systems, contributing actively to Agile Release Teams. Must-Have Skills: • Proficiency in SQL and Immuta is a must have • Data Governance and Data Access management • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Industry Experience: Experience in the banking or financial sector preferred due to the specific nature of data governance challenges and regulatory requirements in this domain.
