This role combines technical excellence with strategic thinking and a strong consulting mindset. You will play a key role in translating business needs into scalable AI-driven architectures and guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of data and machine learning projects.As a senior technical leader, you will work directly with clients and internal stakeholders to drive innovation through AI, build high-impact solutions, and ensure the integration of advanced models into real-world environments. This role offers a unique opportunity to mentor other professionals, influence product direction, and stay at the forefront of data and AI advancements.EducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.Professional Experience5+ years of experience in data engineering, machine learning, or AI-focused development.Proven track record of delivering AI/ML solutions in production environments.Strong background working with clients in technical consulting or advisory roles.Soft SkillsAdvanced English proficiency (spoken and written).Exceptional communication and presentation skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.Strong leadership and mentorship abilities within multidisciplinary teams.Strategic mindset with the ability to align AI solutions with business objectives.Passion for continuous learning and driving innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ML infrastructure that ensure data quality and availability.Develop and deploy AI/ML models, including deep learning, NLP, and large language models (LLMs).Manage ELT/ETL pipelines, data schemas.Serve as a technical advisor for internal teams and clients, providing guidance on AI strategy and best practices.Translate complex business needs into actionable data-driven solutions.Implement MLOps practices to support model deployment, monitoring, and retraining workflows.Lead research and innovation initiatives, staying updated on the latest in generative AI, ML frameworks, and tooling.Ensure compliance with data governance, security (e.g., OWASP, OAuth), and ethical AI standards.Collaborate in agile teams and contribute to the continuous delivery of client-facing AI solutions.Required Technical SkillsExpert proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, or similar.Solid experience with Snowflake and the Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers) for data pipelines. Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT pipelines using tools like Azure Data Factory or Apache Airflow.Experience working with unstructured data (text, images, audio) and building ingestion/processing pipelines.Strong knowledge of real-time and batch processing architectures using platforms like Kafka or Spark.Proficiency in cloud-based AI solutions, particularly Azure Machine Learning, Synapse, Functions, Blob Storage, and Virtual Machines.Solid command of SQL and experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., CosmosDB, Azure Data Lake).Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, or Snowflake.Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).Strong architectural understanding of multi-tier systems and enterprise data platforms.Preferred QualificationsExperience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar.Familiarity with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI).Familiarity with Estuary is a plus.At Growth Acceleration Partners, we're an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
