• Execute AI DD protocols: audits, interviews, upside quant (DCF models).
• Craft value plans: 100-day sprints, 3-year horizons with milestones.
• Benchmark targets vs. VDS benchmarks, recommending acquisitions/partners.
• Present to partners: slide decks with visuals, risks/mitigants.
• Support integration: playbook adaptations for acquired tech.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's/MBA; 5+ years DD/VC, 2+ AI-focused in PE.
• Expertise: valuation modeling, tech audits, AI trends.
• Proven: Influenced >$500M deals with AI angles.
• Analytical rigor with storytelling flair.
• Discreet, fast-paced executor.
• AI in industrials/healthcare DD preferred.
• Tools like PitchBook for AI intel preferred.
