Patient Care Specialist (FULLY REMOTE)
This position will involve answering inbound calls for large hospital networks during our daytime, evening, and weekend shifts in a remote call center setting. Our company provides telephone answering, messaging, and alert services to physicians and medical facilities across the United States.

You must live within the continental United States (+ Hawaii) and speak Spanish fluently to apply.
We currently have full-time opportunities available. ALL SHIFTS ARE IN EASTERN STANDARD TIME (EST)
Shift Availability Requirements
Full-Time (appr. 30+ hours per week)
• Weekdays (Mon-Fri) 8a-5p or 9a-6p, EST, typical 9 hour shifts, 5 shifts per week
Requirements
Candidates must:
• Be fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Have a pleasant speaking voice and professional mannerisms
• Demonstrate good computer skills and reliable internet
• Work well in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of calls
• Have medical terminology knowledge and experience, either hands-on or clerical
• Be familiar with EMR systems and medical office practices (preferred)
• Type a minimum of 30 wpm (will be tested)
Candidates must also have the following:
Internet - Ethernet connection (hardwire internet) required
• Ping < 15
• Download > 50 mbps
• Upload > 10 mbps

Responsibilities
• Manage call volume of inbound calls in a timely and professional manner (in both English and Spanish)
• Follow communication prompts
• Identify callers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Skills
• Previous experience in a customer support role
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Entry Level: $17.50/hr (with advancement opportunities) AND a monthly bonus program where you are eligible for up to 15%!
