Program Coordinator | 6 month temporary assignment | Non-profit | Remote from NYC

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Program Coordinator for a 6-month temporary assignment with our client. The role is Monday-Friday, ~35-40 hours/week. The role is fully remote but must be done from NY/NJ, and they will provide a laptop. This is a temporary assignment and will not turn into a permanent job. Our client is a national non-profit organization that works in reproductive health. This role provides program coordination to a small team during a busy period. This role helps with the day-to-day logistics, admin, and organization. This role is a TEMPORARY position through TSS. Responsibilities: -General program support for a team of 5. -Heavy meeting coordination - scheduling, agendas, notetaking, follow-up, and deliverable tracking. -Event planning/logistics. -CRM input and cleanup. -Project tracking in Asana. Qualifications: -2-5 years of experience doing program support or something similar; experience working in a non-profit, foundation, or mission-driven org preferred -Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, troubleshoot and follow projects through to completion Technology: MS Office and Teams.
