Fundraising Lead for Public Benefit Museum Pop-up and Story Studio

As Fundraising & Development lead, you will collaborate with project team to develop and execute a relationship-driven fundraising plan for a non profit organization. Your work will focus on identifying and cultivating supporters especially car buyers and collectors, automotive club members, design patrons, and family offices in Germany, USA, and internationally. You’ll be responsible for managing prospect research, donor communications, and CRM systems, as well as organizing private donor events and coordinating campaign milestones. Responsibilities •Develop and manage a 6–12 month fundraising and donor cultivation plan • Identify, research, and prioritize prospective donors: o German and international car clubs o High end car customers o Private collectors and automotive historians o Family office investors and HNW cultural donors • Build and maintain a clean, segmented donor database / CRM • Draft and send personalized outreach messages and proposals • Coordinate with our existing salon-style donor events and preview gatherings • Support the creation of digital and print materials (presentations, briefs, etc.) • Provide regular updates on campaign performance and donor engagement Ideal Candidate • Demonstrated experience in fundraising, sponsorship development, or philanthropic engagement • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills • Strong research and prospecting capabilities • Familiarity with database management and CRM tools • Able to work independently and proactively manage priorities • Fluency in English is required; German speaking a plus • Background in cultural, design, or heritage-related fields is a plus What We Offer to Donors • Name placement on the Founders Wall of the museum • Invitations to exclusive preview events and behind-the-scenes gatherings • First access to limited-edition collectibles and design collaborations • The opportunity to support a meaningful, legacy-based cultural project • Being part of a greater legacy family beyond car ownership Terms & Compensation • Part-time/project-based contract (approx. 8–15 hours/week) • Monthly retainer + • Initial contract: 6–12 months, with opportunity for extension Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
