[Remote] Fertility Benefit Design Manager
Responsibilities
Support benefit program design by tailoring Maven’s offerings to address client-specific needs and market benchmarks
Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop and refine pitch materials, train sales teams on benefit programs, and act as a subject matter expert
Participate in prospective client and broker/consultant meetings, articulating Maven’s value proposition and responding to benefit-related technical questions
Respond to technical and complex benefit design questions during RFPs and follow-up discussions
Support new client implementations by advising on plan design decisions, documenting benefit requirements, and ensuring accurate setup and member communication
Provide benefit design support for Maven’s fertility benefits clients, serving as a subject matter expert for existing clients
Partner with Client Success team to attend QBRs, address ad hoc requests for benefit analyses, and ensure ongoing alignment of program design with client goals
Provide continuous feedback to Product and Product Marketing teams to inform our benefit program roadmap and refine Maven’s differentiated value story
Requirements
4–5 years of experience in benefit design, health & benefits consulting, or implementation at a health plan, TPA, or fertility benefit vendor
Strong understanding of fertility and family-building benefits
Ability to tailor benefit program design to address client-specific needs and market benchmarks
Experience with benefit program design, implementation, and communication
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong understanding of compliance-related topics in benefit design
