Remote Payroll Assistant (Oklahoma City)
About the position
Responsibilities
• Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll documentation.
• Coordinate the distribution and mailing of payroll checks and related materials.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and transaction documentation.
• Support internal reporting requirements and basic financial tracking activities.
• Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and file organization.
• Ensure all responsibilities are carried out with strict confidentiality and in adherence to company policies and applicable regulations.
Requirements
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet established deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Must be a U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable, high-speed internet connection.
• Access to a personal computer and printer.
• A secure, quiet workspace suitable for handling sensitive information.
