As social media personalities and content creators, you'll be the face of our brand, regularly appearing on camera to bring energy and unique tone to life. We are looking for someone who can connect with our target audience through diverse yet cohesive styles. You'll develop meaningful content that showcases the many ways the product integrates into everyday life, whether it's through depicting travel, family moments, fun experiences, or simple financial convenience. This is a 100% remote position open to candidates in the United States. This role requires up to 30% travel (expenses covered), including attending sponsored events and creating travel-related content. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: - Act as an on-camera personality and storyteller, ensuring content aligns with the brand's voice, values, and target audience (early career professionals who are vibrant, energetic, and open-minded). - Develop, create, and produce engaging and authentic content for social media platforms, primarily TikTok and Instagram, with a focus on lifestyle-driven narratives. - Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute content ideas that highlight how the product seamlessly integrates into everyday life. - Take responsibility for filming, editing, and completing content, from conceptualization to post-production, with a focus on creativity and storytelling. - Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, incorporating best practices into content strategy to attract and engage our target audience. - Represent company's values by creating relatable and fun content that resonates with our growing community. - Work independently while maintaining close collaboration with marketing leaders and other team members to ensure alignment with company branding and goals. - Maintain an authentic presence and interaction with online communities, acting as a genuine ambassador for the brand. Requirements - 2+ years of experience creating engaging social media content for major platforms including TikTok and Instagram. - Strong background in video editing, with the ability to produce highly engaging multimedia content. - Exceptional storytelling skills with experience delivering relatable, authentic messages to a variety of audiences. - Comfort and confidence appearing on camera and creating video content with charisma, positivity, and creativity. - Experience with voiceover work is a plus. - Manage posting calendars and deliver high-frequency output. - Analyze performance (views, engagement, watch time, CTR) and iterate using insights. - Highly organized with experience managing multiple content streams and deadlines. - Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Open to travel (up to 30%) for events, content creation, and brand initiatives. - Some basic financial literacy or understanding of fintech product is a plus; we're happy to provide training in this area. - A passion for connecting with vibrant, energetic communities.
