As a Netflix Tagger, you will watch movies, TV shows, documentaries, and other original content on Netflix and assign relevant metadata and tags that help improve Netflix's recommendation algorithm. Your insights will help personalize what millions of viewers see when they open Netflix. Job requirements include:
1. Watching content to understand themes, genres, and tone.
2. Assigning relevant tags to improve content discovery.
3. Analyzing user behavior to inform content recommendations.
This role involves working independently with minimal supervision. A strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential. Experience with metadata management or similar roles is preferred but not required.
