Remote Receptionist for a Healthcare Company in the US (Home Based Part Time)
Job Description
• Answer incoming patient calls.
• Relay basic information such as office hours, locations, directions, and parking.
• Screen for emergencies and advise callers to dial 911 when necessary.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments in the EMR system.
• Call patients after procedures to check on symptoms (fever, headache, etc.).
• Take clear and accurate messages, flagging any urgent concerns.
• Communicate promptly with the office regarding patient needs and updates.
Skill Set
• This role is only open to Filipinos permanently residing in the Philippines • Strong communication skills • Clear, polite, and calm phone manner • Ability to follow scripts and written protocols
