Minimum Requirements:
• High school diploma required; bachelors degree in psychology, education, social work, child development, or related field preferred
• English fluency required; Spanish-English bilingual skills welcomed (some clients require Spanish)
• Reliable personal transportation (rideshare services not accepted)
• Passion for working with children with developmental disabilities
• Professional, patient, empathetic, and dependable
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in their homes
• Follow behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA
• Collect and document data accurately each session
• Support skill development in communication, social interaction, and daily living
• Collaborate with supervisors, families, and team members for consistency
• Build trusting, supportive relationships with clients and families
• Participate in regular training, supervision, and professional development
Location:
• In-person, in the clients home
• Must be able to commute or relocate before starting
