Support Specialist - Animation

We are looking for an experienced and creative Support Specialist - Animation to join our team at Netflix. This person will be responsible for providing technical support to our animation teams, ensuring smooth operations and successful project delivery.The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in animation, excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. They should be proactive in anticipating and solving problems, and be comfortable working with a diverse team of creatives across multiple disciplines.If you have a passion for animation and a drive to help us create the best content possible, we’d love to hear from you. Responsibilities: Provide technical support and guidance to animation teams for successful project delivery. Anticipate and troubleshoot technical issues related to animation. Maintain high standards of communication with animation professionals and other team members. Provide feedback and guidance to animation personnel in order to ensure quality work. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in animation. Assist in scheduling and budgeting projects. Monitor and evaluate the progress of animation projects and make recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with other departments and personnel to ensure successful project completion.
