What you’ll be doing… You’ll be working alongside the brightest minds in the business and using the latest technologies and processes to support our critical business systems and processes in our Finance Hub. You’ll manage process automation projects from start to finish, ensuring that it runs smoothly and that we deliver the best outcome for our customers. Working cross functionally with different internal stakeholders, this role requires an individual who will ensure our technology is effectively serving the business. Don’t just watch the digital future unfold—be the engine that drives it Coordinating with multiple stakeholders and other project managers to create and align project plans. Overseeing the plan’s execution. Identifying, tracking and solving unexpected problems, while minimizing risk. Reporting on milestones and deliverables. Ensure advanced planning for organization-wide project efforts (DR/BCP, Process Documentation, New Solution Rollouts, etc.) Providing training content and communications. Drive Digital Finance Programs. What we’re looking for No one runs a project like you do - on your watch, no balls are dropped. You view a problem as a puzzle you’d like to solve. You’re no stranger to tight timelines and competing priorities. And you’re a great communicator, able to translate complex technical specifications into concrete requirements. You know how to engage a team, set clear standards, remove barriers, and resolve issues, and you’re committed to helping everyone on your team do their best work. You’ll need to have: Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience. Four or more year's relevant work experience. Project Management Experience. Experience managing time-bound task deliverables for multiple stakeholders. Even better if you have one or more of the following: A Master’s Degree. Familiarity with Project Management Institute (PMI) process and standards. Experience with MS Project. Even better, Clarity PPM Engines. Understanding of Digital Finance Solutions and Processes. Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent PC skills with advanced knowledge of Google Suite products.
