I need an experienced logistics or shipping specialist who can help resolve an urgent UPS issue. I have a UPS shipment that has already cleared customs but has not shown any movement. No scans, no updates, and UPS support has not been helpful.
The forwarder has already pushed everything possible on their end, but the shipment is still stuck. I need someone who understands UPS escalation paths, back-end support channels, and how to get packages located and moving.
