Contract Administrative Assistant
A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant (Contract) to support a global finance team.
Key Responsibilities
• Prioritize and manage complex schedules for the Finance Lead and leadership team
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure logistics for virtual and onsite events
• Process expense reports, book travel, and manage compliance with corporate policies
Required Qualifications
• 3-5 years of executive administration experience supporting senior leaders in a large enterprise
• Familiarity with financial processes, cost center management, and procurement tools is preferred
• Strong executive calendar management skills (3+ years)
• Proficient in expense and travel coordination (2+ years)
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) (3+ years)
