About the position
Responsibilities
• Design elegant and clean UX solutions to solve problems.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively and work well both independently and in a team setting.
• Exhibit a positive attitude and empathy for users.
• Create pixel-perfect visual comps for developers.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on assigned topics.
• Attend unit, departmental, and corporate meetings as required.
• Show personal and professional growth in understanding responsibilities.
• Manage multiple deadlines and complete miscellaneous assignments.
• Respond to internal and external customer inquiries.
Requirements
• Must be a sophomore, junior, or senior as of the beginning of the fall term, or enrolled in a relevant graduate program.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have completed a vocational insurance-related program with some college credits.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better as of the most recent grading period.
• Ability to work part-time during normal business hours for the winter with potential for a full-time summer internship.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience with micro animations.
• Background in graphic design.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Zeplin, Invision, Figma, and CS Suite.
