Business Analyst/ Business Consultant (m/f/d)

We provide our customers with efficient, tailored processes and applications for operating IoT infrastructures in real estate, as well as our flexible Enterprise-IoT-Suite, in which we manage data from many millions of sensors into intelligent products and services.With a team of product and IT experts, the future position holder will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Leading Discovery-initiatives to develop strategic product requirements for our bxSuite and hand them over to the Product Delivery
- Analyzing requirements for the product portfolio and corresponding decision-making processes in close collaboration with your stakeholders
- In consolidation with the Product Owner and the Product Lead, you are responsible for design process improvements
- Prepare and implement evidence-based decisions
- Taking responsibility for projects to improve our product portfolio
- Initiating activities to increase product and process quality at beyonnex
- Needs analyses to expand the functionalities of the bx.suite
- Very good understanding of business processes and impact on IT solutions
- Strong experience in process management and engineering
- Very good understanding of analyzing data and gain meaningful insights
- Conceptual thinking and a very independent way of working
- You have excellent communication skills in German and English (C1-Level)
- experience in business analysis in energy industry, telecommunication or measurement providers
