Job Summary

The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our system data by matching it with customer entries. Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy by matching system data with customer entries, utilizing strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

  • Identify and correct errors after reviewing documents, using a trial-and-error mindset to resolve issues efficiently.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong attention to detail and typing skills, with the ability to accurately enter data into our system.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain strong attendance and a willingness to work Saturdays as required.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in administrative support and data entry principles.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

While not essential, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience in clerical, computer skills, and data entry, with a strong understanding of administrative support principles.
  • Experience in administrative support, front desk, and scanning, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Customer service and customer support experience, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and support.

Work Environment and Culture

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. As a contract or permanent employee of blithequark, you may be eligible for a range of benefits, including:
