**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Agent with Blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to patients in a professional, courteous manner
* Communicating effectively with patients, either verbally or in writing, to address their inquiries and resolve issues
* Learning and understanding the operation of ETM software, as well as billing and account operations
* Answering and documenting all telephone inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely resolution
* Researching and resolving problems with patients' bills, including updating insurance coverage as needed
* Printing courtesy claims and itemized statements, as well as rebilling accounts after receiving insurance information
* Arranging financial agreements with patients using budget plans as needed
* Performing other duties and assignments as requested by management
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Strong communication skills (oral and written)
* The ability to speak, listen, and type simultaneously
* Familiarity with the Microsoft Windows environment
**Nice-to-Haves**
While not required, the following skills and experiences are highly desirable:
* Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency
* Previous experience in retail or restaurant service
