**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Associate, your daily tasks will include:
* Providing top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
* Documenting delivery flow into our tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
* Collaborating with regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience, from package pickup to delivery
* Troubleshooting, researching, and resolving issues, escalating as necessary to ensure seamless package delivery
* Participating in continuous improvement efforts to drive business growth and excellence
* Working closely with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer satisfaction

**Requirements and Qualifications**
To succeed as a Customer Care Associate, you'll need:
* The ability to multitask on a computer while on phone calls, using multiple applications with ease
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm, including 10-key)
* A reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM
* The ability to pass a pre-employment background and equipment check
