Job Overview

As a Customer Service Consultant for the blithequark Answer Team, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing a variety of service requests and issues, including enrollment and billing inquiries, commissions, technical support, group administration, and other routine customer service inquiries. Your primary goal will be to deliver first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries, which requires accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues based on the initial communication from the client. You will utilize your exceptional customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and technical acumen to address client concerns effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client service requests and issues in a call center environment, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Deliver first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries, minimizing the need for follow-up calls and ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Accurately identify, research, and resolve issues based on initial client communication, utilizing your problem-solving skills and technical knowledge to address complex issues.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices.
  • Prior call center experience is required, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capability to develop technical acumen is necessary, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
