Job Overview

This is a remote role, offering the flexibility to work from a dedicated home office anywhere in the United States. As an Account Data Analyst at blithequark, you will play a pivotal role in validating and remediating customer information, ensuring the accuracy of our CRM and ERP systems. Your expertise will be invaluable in providing first-level support to downstream users, simplifying sales operations processes, and maintaining high-quality customer account data. Key Responsibilities

  • Simplify and maintain sales operations processes and policies using lean methodologies to continuously improve customer account data by remediation in UCM (Reltio) platform and downstream systems.
  • Execute processes to support customer account requests within the agreed-upon support level agreement, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Coordinate all activities related to quarter and month-end customer support, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Act as a cross-functional coordinator to resolve customer issues and complaints arising from account requests, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Provide expertise outside of the immediate team in the form of special projects as needed, showcasing your ability to adapt and contribute to various initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in order management, customer sales/service, data entry, or similar experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in administrative support and data analysis.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales support, order management, customer service, and/or data administration roles, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, exhibiting the ability to interact effectively with various types of people, including internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
  • Strong English capability in both spoken and written, with excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
  • Willingness to work various shifts/hours at quarter close, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • A dedicated home office with high-speed internet access, or the ability to work from the blithequark Waukesha office, if local.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required, as blithequark will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

Desired Characteristics

While not required, the following characteristics are highly desirable:

  • Experience with customer accounts and knowledge of Universal Customer Master, GL Prod, and Salesforce.com, demonstrating a strong understanding of CRM and ERP systems.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on tight timelines, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
