What You'll Be Doing

As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative – Spanish-English, you will be the difference between an average and an exceptional customer experience. Your passion for helping others will shine through as you provide compassionate and personalized support to our customers. On a typical day, you will:

  • Answer incoming communications from customers, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving their issues and exceeding their expectations
  • Utilize your bilingual skills to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers, ensuring that they receive the same level of exceptional service as our English-speaking customers
  • Collaborate with our team to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback, continuously improving our customer service delivery and enhancing the overall customer experience

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both languages
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or related field
  • Integrity and a strong commitment to maintaining patient privacy and adhering to HIPAA guidelines
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in reading, writing, and communication skills
  • Computer experience and proficiency in using various software applications and technology platforms
  • High-speed internet access (> 15 mbps) and a reliable computer or laptop
  • A USB wired headset (or a compatible alternative) and a smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android for daily log-in and communication
