**Key Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist with blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* Receiving, collecting, reviewing, and entering data into our computer system or tracking database with accuracy and attention to detail
* Verifying the completeness and accuracy of all data recorded, and reporting any discrepancies or errors to supervisors
* Providing basic reports and serving as a resource for other staff members, offering guidance and support as needed
* Collecting, compiling, sorting, and verifying data accuracy or completeness before entering it into our system
* Performing data integrity tasks, including locating and correcting data entry errors, or reporting them to supervisors
* Scanning or uploading documents, and maintaining logs of activities and completed work
* Filing completed documents in appropriate locations or distributing them as needed
* Providing data lists, spreadsheets, and reports to support our team's efforts
* Creating or modifying databases according to the needs of our department
* Providing direction or assistance to users of information regarding data requirements and status of paperwork
* Training other data entry employees and performing other related duties as needed
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A High School diploma or GED; an Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree is preferred
* At least two years of experience in data entry or a related field
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
* Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems quickly
