Job Summary

  • Packing and processing packages for courier shipment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to our customers
  • Sorting and distributing mail to mailbox holders, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail
  • Operating various equipment, including copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices, to support our retail operations
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to our high standards of quality and excellence
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell products and drive sales growth, contributing to the overall success of our retail operations
