About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry and Live Chat Professional to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our Customer Listening Team, you will be responsible for handling the end-to-end Voice of the Customer technique, which includes the design and programming of customer experience surveys. With over 5M surveys received from clients each year across the consumer, business, and service provider area, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on our customer experience strategy. You will work closely with product and process owners, subject matter specialists, and the agile team in technology to drive innovation and transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of the new Voice of the Customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the survey and dashboard platform hosted by Qualtrics
• Work closely with the utility teams to outline, frame, and capture business needs
• Grow knowledge of Voice of the Purchaser methods and leverage the same to outline and transform the facts within the Cornerstone large data platform
• Design and build strong data model architecture to aid most fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions
• Enable big data and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case degree
• Offer guidelines to enhance competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystem
• Power consumer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software program programs, checking out & builds automation tools
• Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve best and efficiency
• Position entails working closely with partners from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and test the statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end technique

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Hands-on development experience on Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting Languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no longer less than 3+ years
• Experience with agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at everyday intervals to the business groups
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with dating managers/product owners for expertise the functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables
• A strong understanding of data modeling, data architecture, and data quality principles
• Experience with cloud-based technologies and big data platforms

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Experience with Qualtrics or similar survey and dashboard platforms
• Knowledge of Cornerstone or similar large data platforms
• Experience with automation tools and scripting languages
• Certification in data science, data engineering, or a related field
