Dispatcher-3rd Shift

For this position you must reside in the York, PA area because you will be required to commute daily to the York, PA office for in person training for about 4-6 weeks (during the day). AAA Mid States is currently seeking a Full Time REMOTE Night Shift (11:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m.) Dispatcher to take care of our members during Emergency Road Service Calls... Requirements: • Great Customer Service Skills. • An Innate Ability to Communicate & Empathize • Possess Strong Computer and Telephone Skills. • Be able to work every other weekend and some holidays. • Adaptability in learning new and different applications. • Be the calm in the storm when our members need us most. • Self-motivated positive work ethic required to work at home.
