**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional service in a timely and professional manner. This is a part-time and full-time opportunity, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely solutions to their concerns
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Utilize knowledge of products and services to provide informed solutions and recommendations
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
* Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a clear and professional voice
* Excellent listening comprehension skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer concerns
* Proficient with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Ability to type at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy
* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, patience, and problem-solving
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Spanish/English Bilingual (a plus)
* Availability for both weekend days (Saturday and/or Sunday)
* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
