**Experienced Network Engineer – Customer Support at blithequark**

As a Network Engineer at blithequark, you'll be part of our U.S. and Canada Engineering teams, supporting the network infrastructure (Call Centers and Data Centers) spanning several countries. You'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, collaborate with a talented team of experts, and contribute to the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
**Responsibilities:**
As a Network Engineer at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:
* Design, configure, and deploy network infrastructure (LAN/WAN) – Campus and Data Center
* Perform hardware refreshes (primarily Cisco routers, switches, firewalls)
* Implement remote access VPN solutions, site-to-site VPN's, GRE tunnels, DMVPN
* Configure firewall access requests
* Complete routing changes
* Rack, cable, and label in the Data Center as needed
* Create and maintain diagrams and documentation
* Work ticket requests
* Provide on-shift outage escalation support from our NOC
* Participate in on-call support coverage
**Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* CCNP and above, or equivalent experience
* Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
* Thorough understanding of LAN and WAN technologies
* Advanced troubleshooting and configuration experience with routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), switching (vPC, Etherchannel, Stackwise, VSS), firewalls
* Should be well-versed in route redistribution
* Experience with Cisco Nexus and Catalyst switches
* Familiar with VRF configurations
* SD-WAN and ACI experience would be a plus
