About the Role: Government and Corporate Affairs Customer Service Specialist

This exciting opportunity is part of our Corporate Affairs Team within the Government Affairs Division. As a Government and Corporate Affairs Customer Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling air travel on blithequark, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. Your expertise will be instrumental in resolving customer complaints, providing travel information, and communicating effectively with our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell air travel on blithequark, highlighting the benefits and features of our services
  • Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets with precision and attention to detail
  • Answer inquiries regarding general travel information, providing accurate and helpful responses to our clients
  • Resolve customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner, demonstrating empathy and a customer-centric approach
  • Communicate with customers over the phone, researching passenger complaints, advising on cancelled or delayed flights, and providing updates on new rules, policies, and procedures
  • Utilize your knowledge of Native SABRE to efficiently manage customer interactions and resolve issues promptly

Essential Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Native SABRE or similar systems, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly

  • High level of initiative, good judgment, and dependability, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in government and corporate affairs, with a focus on air travel or related industries
