Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree and at least two years of experience in a customer-facing role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous experience working in a call center environment, preferably in a premium retail, travel, hospitality, or embassy/consulate setting
  • Fluency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear written and verbal communication and demonstrated understanding of communication strategies and styles
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing situations while maintaining attention to detail
  • Ability to problem-solve, research information, and provide solutions to customers
  • Proficiency in computer software and ability to learn new systems, with a commitment to data integrity

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Fluency in a second language
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Knowledge of the travel or hospitality industry
