About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative to support our call center operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling high-volume calls, and connecting clients with interpreters over the phone. Requirements

  • A personal computer with a working camera and internet connection (required for remote work during the Covid-19 pandemic)

  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software applications quickly and efficiently
  • Ability to keep sensitive information confidential and maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Multi-language capability is not required, but a plus
