About the Role
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the initial point of contact for inquiries from potential and existing clients, providing one-to-one telephone support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the initial point of contact for inquiries from potential and existing clients related to our programs
- Providing clear, complete, accurate, and objective information based on a full understanding of program requirements
- Accurately documenting enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances
- Entering application and enrollment information into a web-based computer system for clients wishing to apply for our programs over the telephone
- Maintaining technical and program policy proficiency in our rules and guidelines, as well as other related program policies
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role, as well as quality monitoring processes. You should be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and co-workers, and have the ability to problem-solve through analysis and ongoing feedback. A high school diploma or GED is required, and a background and drug screening will be conducted as part of the hiring process.
In addition to these essential qualifications, we are looking for candidates who have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are able to work with people of diverse backgrounds, and are committed to providing exceptional customer service.
