About the Role

As a Customer Success Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in helping us scale to the next level. Your primary focus will be on providing proactive and reactive support to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met, and their issues are addressed promptly. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients, monitoring real-time metrics, and communicating with our Operations and Product departments to resolve any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor real-time metrics to maintain healthy call center production and proactively address any signs of poor health
  • Promptly answer inbound support emails and respond to customer inquiries and service requests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Communicate with the blithequark Operations and Product departments, as well as BPO leads, to resolve issues related to the ordering platform or agent staffing
  • Support the onboarding of new customers by creating accounts in blithequark's database, verifying telephony setup, and answering questions
  • Maintain blithequark's knowledge base for customers and assist in the creation of new SOPs
  • Track and document all happenings in HubSpot, follow up on open tickets from earlier in the day/week, and contact Restaurant partner locations as needed to facilitate order recovery

What You'll Bring to the Table

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities. These include:

  • 3+ years of experience in a data-heavy, technical-product-focused customer support/success role, with true call center experience being a plus
  • Flexible and open availability, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Metrics-savvy and proactive, with experience monitoring metrics real-time and making decisions based on data to protect business stability and efficiency
  • Accountable and independent, with a strong sense of self-direction and a pride in your work
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM/ticketing systems being preferred but not required

Essential Qualifications

In addition to the above skills and experience, you will need to possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • A strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment
  • Knowledge of HubSpot or other CRM/ticketing systems
  • Experience in the food delivery or restaurant industry
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
