Key Responsibilities

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless and efficient service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing, inputting, and supporting claimant profiles within our pharmacy network to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assisting pharmacies in the adjudication of claimant medications, providing clear guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinating and liaising with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure the accurate assignment of medication benefits, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Supporting client needs regarding requirements for claimant medications, including reporting and data analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Managing and updating client and claimant information across multiple systems, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Responding to questions from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies regarding medications, providing clear, concise, and empathetic support.
  • Adapting to changing processes and the evolving needs of our diverse client base, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of related customer service or telephonic experience, and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates your ability to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in the use of computers and multiple software systems, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with strong typing skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening and the ability to ask relevant questions, ensuring that you can effectively understand and address the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written grammatical skills and a deep understanding of proper telephone etiquette, enabling you to communicate professionally and empathetically with claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies.
