You'll work closely with our Account Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, provide quotes, and handle order entry in a timely and professional manner * Place customer orders via telephone, fax, email, electronic methods, or walk-in (counter sales) while influencing gross profit through negotiating sale and purchase prices * Build customer relationships to drive repeat business by relating to customers and driving process improvements * Order items to ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained for customers * Determine the most cost-effective shipping method for customer orders * Partner with Account Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction * Expedite backorders, pull inventory, and prepare orders for shipment to customers * Handle customer returns and perform other duties as assigned **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or GED required; zero (0) to three (3) years of related experience or an equivalent combination * Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills * Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively * Moderate computer skills, including information processing, communicating internally and externally via email, using business systems, and searching capabilities to find products on the internet * Product knowledge is preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or service environment * Knowledge of inventory management and order fulfillment processes * Familiarity with business systems and software applications * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills **Skills and Competencies** * Reliability, organization, and attention to detail required * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Moderate computer skills, including information processing and communication * Product knowledge and industry expertise preferred **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to employee development and career growth.
