Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving customer issues, and promoting our products and services. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat * Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner * Promote our products and services to clients * Collaborate with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support * Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) * Basic understanding of Windows operating system * Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience an asset * Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role * Knowledge of CRM software and other customer service tools * Certification in customer service or a related field * Bilingual or multilingual skills an asset

Physical Requirements

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
