Our Heart At Work Behaviors support our mission and values, and we encourage every employee to feel empowered by the role they play in changing our lives and accelerating our ability to improve and deliver solutions for making healthcare more personal, convenient, and affordable. **Job Summary** As the Inventory Network Frameworks Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the Distribution Center Administration Framework, as well as serving as the primary point of contact between the Centralized Computer and Application Development divisions. You will work closely with the Organization/Telecom divisions and the Innovation Office to facilitate, investigate, and implement actual solutions that support the DC, as well as administer and support all moves/add/change requests. Your responsibilities will include: * Contacting MHE vendors regarding information handling * Working with all smart devices, including Sortation Control Frameworks * Coordinating all data backups and data recovery procedures * Serving as the liaison between the distribution center office, WMS vendor, and MIS Division for issue resolution * Supporting all data handling equipment, including printers and terminals * Supporting LAN (Local Area Network) design * Performing all future installations of software * Coordinating stock tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, etc., and reporting usage to MIS * Regulating nonexempt staff * Maintaining all control tables within the WMS, including access security * Screening the performance of the framework application to ensure it is ready and accessible to all end users * Managing and monitoring end-user access and privileges and reporting to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis * Developing reporting tools for clients to have better visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics, whether through Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio **Required Capabilities** * 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Prophet, etc. * 2+ years of experience working in a delivery climate (on-site) * 2+ years of experience using SQL, MS-Access, Excel, and Word * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills **Preferred Capabilities** * Project management experience * Bachelor's degree in IT or related field * Strong technical skills, including experience with software development and implementation * Experience working with data analytics and reporting tools **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote worker at blithequark, you will have the flexibility to work from home and enjoy a comfortable and productive work environment.
