**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Consultant to join our team in San Angelo, W Beauregard. As a Customer Service Consultant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting Collision Estimators, and ensuring that all repairs are completed efficiently and effectively. **Key Responsibilities**
* Greet customers in person or on the phone, determine their needs, and provide guidance and assistance as required
* Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles, arranging customer transportation, and preparing paperwork
* Perform active customer deliveries while effectively communicating with customers, clients, teammates, and vendors
* Ensure that all repairs are completed efficiently and effectively, adhering to blithequark's Standard Operating Procedures, insurance partners, and industry guidelines/standards
* Communicate with customers, clients, teammates, and vendors to ensure correct and efficient repairs
* Perform other duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the Service Center

**Requirements**
* 2+ years of customer-facing experience; sales experience a plus
* Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing tasks and priorities
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to provide personable, friendly "World Class" customer service to internal and external customers
**Abilities/Skills/Knowledge**
* Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
* Passion for learning the collision industry
* Ability to understand instructions – written and verbal
* Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 2+ years of customer-facing experience; sales experience a plus
* Valid driver's license and eligibility for coverage under our company insurance policy
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in the collision repair industry
* Knowledge of insurance claims and repair procedures
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
