Role Summary Allen Edwin Homes is seeking a hybrid Salesforce System Administrator & I.T. Project Manager to support and enhance our multi org Salesforce environment while driving key technology initiatives across the business. This dual focus role will manage Salesforce platforms (configuration, automation, data integrity, user support) and lead I.T. and business technology projects (planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment).You will collaborate with internal departments, third-party vendors, and the Allen Edwin I.T. team to ensure that systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with company goals. What You’ll Do • Manage and enhance multiple Salesforce orgs for Sales, Leasing, and Land Development. • Build and maintain objects, fields, flows, and reports to streamline business processes. • Ensure data accuracy, security, and user adoption across platforms. • Lead cross-department I.T. projects, planning, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting progress to stakeholders. • Partner with vendors and internal teams to implement scalable, reliable systems. • Support integration, training, and technology change management. Qualifications • 2+ years Salesforce Administration experience (Sales Cloud required, Marketing Cloud a plus). • Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification required. • Experience managing technology or software implementation projects. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. • Comfortable coordinating multiple projects and priorities across business units. Preferred Skills • Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder certifications. • Familiarity with real estate or construction business processes. • Exposure to Marketing Cloud, CPQ, or middleware tools (MuleSoft, Workato, etc.). • Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) administration, including EC2, IAM, S3, CloudWatch, and networking fundamentals.
