Key Responsibilities • * Analyze and tag a wide range of Netflix content, including movies, documentaries, and series, using a set of predefined criteria. • * Collaborate with content curators to ensure accurate and relevant tagging that reflects the themes, genres, and styles of the content. • * Provide feedback and insights on content trends and audience preferences to help shape future programming decisions. • * Maintain a high level of quality and consistency in tagging, adhering to Netflix standards and guidelines. • * Participate in training and development sessions to stay updated on best practices and evolving tagging strategies. • * Utilize data-driven insights to improve tagging effectiveness and enhance user engagement. • Required Skills and Qualifications • * Strong attention to detail and an eye for nuances in storytelling and content presentation. • * Excellent analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and categorize diverse content effectively. • * Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
